Département Alpes-Maritimes runs a snow colony — valberg mountain school in Valberg during the 2027 February half-term, from Saturday 20 February to Friday 5 March. It is open to children aged 6 to 12 and runs as a residential stay. Departures are from CADAM, 147 boulevard du Mercantour, 06200 Nice — rendez-vous à 8h30 and départ des bus à 9h00 (retour vers 15h15). It is reserved for residents of Valberg. Meals are included. Bookings open on 2 November 2026. The price is 434€ le séjour.
